Exchanges, Returns, Cancellations

I gladly accept exchanges and cancellations if within below timeframe:

• Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery, shipping confirmation required
• Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

I don't accept returns. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital downloads
• Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

In order for items to be returned: Items must be in exact condition sent. Items must be returned promptly- on or before 7 business days of receiving item. Personalized or custom orders are NOT eligible for refund, unless otherwise agreed by shop. In rare cases, a return may occur but a 20% RESTOCKING FEE will be incurred. Please e-mail the shop if you have any questions. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping (sent and return costs).

Payment

Payment is due at time of order, in most cases the purchaser can cancel the order within 2 hours. Purchaser must cancel on their personal profile as well as contact the seller in order to assure that shipping and funds are returned correctly and promptly. After 24 hours the item will be shipped as purchased.

Shipping

Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and possible return costs. Seller will promptly ship items to purchaser based on time frame listed on each item. If a faster time frame or method of shipping is requested please contact the shop in order to discuss options. I do not have control of the shipping speed once product leaves my hands, a confirmation of shipment will be e-mailed to you, however if the postal service has delays I cannot make any adjustments or corrections.
